PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

1. Light weight: Bulk density 425~625kg/m³, Only for 1/4 concrete, 1/3 Clay brick, The weight of the building can be greatly reduced, and the design value is reduced too.

2. Fire resistance: 125mm AAC panel fire resistance can reach more than 4 hours, It is real fire prevention material in Grade A.50mm AAC panel can be met the fire protection requirements of steel structural members.

3. Anti crack: The shrinkage value of natural state is smaller than that of the clay brick, and the special technology is adopted to solve the problem of the quality of the slab cracks.

4. Thermal insulation: thermal insulation is only 0.11(B04), It is a new type of building material that can meet the building energy saving more than 65% by a single wall.

5. Seismic resistance: Allowable inter layer deflection angle 1/150, When the special node is used to achieve 1/120, In the case of all the nodes, the panel will not fall off when the 1/20 is changed in the layer;So that the anti-seismic effect is excellent.

6. Environmental protection: No radiation, Both the internal and external illumination coefficient are less than 0.1, is 1/4 of Fly ash board, Excellent sound insulation performance, 100mm AAC panel(Double sides putty)could reach 40.8dB, The sound insulation effect of is similar with 200mm fly ash brick wall.

7. Bearing capacity: The plates are equipped with internal double layers, two-way mesh reinforcement, can produce wall panels, partition wall, floor decking, roof board, decorative board etc..
