(1) cracks:

Cracks are divided into hot cracks and cold cracks. The main causes of hot cracks are poor crack resistance of raw materials, poor quality of welding materials and improper selection of welding process parameters, while cold cracks are mainly caused by unreasonable welding structure design, incorrect welding layout, no preheating before welding and rapid cooling after welding.

It is caused by incorrect selection of welding process parameters, poor operation technology, improper placement of weldments and so on.

Treatment: use manual or mechanical methods such as shovels, files and grinders to remove excess metal.
